We stand by the quality of our food and beverage products. Due to the perishable nature of our items and for food safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
2 – Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact our customer service team immediately at BastakiFood@gmail.com or +34 625 958 019. You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item. We will review your request and, if appropriate, issue a refund or a replacement.
