– Due to the perishable nature of our products and for strict food safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. This policy is in line with EU consumer protection legislation, specifically Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, which makes an exception for goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
– We also adhere to the principles of food traceability and safety as outlined in Regulation (EC) No 178/2002 (General Food Law Regulation) and Regulation (EC) No 852/2004 (on the hygiene of foodstuffs). These regulations ensure that all our products are handled and distributed under the highest safety standards to guarantee their integrity from our facility to your doorstep.
2 – Damaged or Incorrect Items
– While we strive for perfection in every order, we understand that issues can occasionally arise during transit. If you receive a product that is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact our customer service team immediately at BastakiFood@gmail.com or +34 625 958 019.
– You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photos of the item in question. We will review your case and, if appropriate, will issue a refund or a replacement.
– Your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected.
